Project Manager

Location: Virginia, USA Compensation: Up to $160,000 base salary Project Size Range: $10M – $250M Ready for your next career move? We're partnering with a well-established ENR-ranked heavy civil contractor that has built a strong reputation for delivering complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and underground utility projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll play a key role in managing project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll be responsible for: Managing the full lifecycle of water and wastewater construction projects Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and forecasts Leading project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors Managing contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, engineers, and key stakeholders Identifying project risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track Ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and financial objectives Does this sound like you? 7+ years of Project Management experience within heavy civil construction Experience delivering water and wastewater treatment, pump station, or underground utility projects Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred What's in it for you?
