French Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote) *Location:* Fully Remote

*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
About the Opportunity We are seeking a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a growing remote customer support team. This role focuses on assisting customers with insurance-related documentation and coverage requirements associated with automotive loans and leases.
This is a non-sales, non-collections position. Representatives will make outbound informational calls to help customers resolve insurance-related discrepancies and ensure account requirements are met.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance documentation and coverage issues.
* Assist customers in resolving insurance-related questions and account requirements.
* Contact insurance agencies to verify coverage information.
* Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.
* Upload and maintain customer information through company software.
* Leave approved scripted messages when necessary.
* Meet established productivity and quality standards while managing a high volume of calls.
* Provide professional, friendly customer service during every interaction.
Qualifications Required
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Fluent in *French and English*.
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, including call center, retail, hospitality, office support, administrative support, or similar customer-facing roles.
* Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working on the phone throughout the day.
* Positive attitude and ability to meet performance goals.
Preferred
* Previous call center experience.
* Experience working in a remote environment.
* Experience meeting productivity and quality metrics.
Training Paid training is provided.

* Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
* Includes classroom instruction, job shadowing, and live call support
* Completion of a training assessment is required
