We’re working with our client to source a Brand Manager in the consumer products segment.  This position is hybrid and expected to start immediately.

In this role you’ll be charged with developing and executing strategic plans for the brand following corporate objectives.  

You’ll work with internal departments to build consumer awareness, trial, distribution and sales by developing effective promotion and consumer plans.

You’ll manage all marketing activities including but not limited to promotions, research, packaging and pricing.

This position will challenge you to develop and build brand equity to attain volume goals and long-term profit growth

You’ll evaluate performance, identify competitive threats, determine product strengths, weaknesses and opportunities by conducting market analyses.

Requirements:

• Education:BS/BA MBA preferred)
• 5+ years experience in consumer products marketing and/or sales.
• solid analytical skills; strong financial orientation•
• Ability to analyze research data and make decisions designed to generate incremental sales and profits
• Knowledge of wide variety of specific promotion vehicles and vendors 
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams
• Proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, Word and IRI/Nielsen
