Strong knowledge and understanding of SNWO Modules (SNOW Modules(ITSM,CMDB,CSM,VAM,Agent Char, Service Portal, Integrations)
Strong and Experienced with UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs, Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
Strong Defect Management exposure, Defect logging, tracking, and prioritization, Coordination with development team for fixes, Validation and testing of fixes, Deployment support for patches/releases,Defect trend reporting
Experience in managing hypercare support, Quick and swift at response and action and familiar with all the ITIL best practices
Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
Strong documentation and tactical operations skills
Good Reporting and Dashboards, Good experience and skill in preparing and providing daily hyper care status report and other executive reports
