This position is responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic or named account territory, specifically for State & Local Government and Education.

A Data Platform Growth Inside Sales Representative works to identify, qualify, and deliver Oracle's end-to-end cloud products and solutions across infrastructure and platform. Responsible for the account plan to drive goal attainment in assigned territory.

Coordinates with the other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies.

Helps identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications.

Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers. Drives company strategy into assigned accounts.

Follows all companies' methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit.

Ensures that the company's sales programs are known and completed in assigned territory, including personal follow-up and engagement in selected opportunities.

Achieves or exceeds the quarterly and annual sales goals for software and infrastructure solutions.

Infrastructure as a Service A comprehensive set of converged infrastructure services that enable businesses to run any workload in an enterprise environment and supported by Oracle.

Platform as a Service Oracle Platform helps enterprise IT developers rapidly build and deploy rich applications or extend Oracle software apps using an enterprise-grade platform based on Oracle's industry leading database and security products for open source application code development.

Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $94,000 to $155,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
