We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Charge Nurse/Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents in our skilled nursing facility.

Your Role as RN Charge Nurse/Unit Manager:

• Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of your assigned unit, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with all regulations

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and respectful team environment

• Provide direct nursing care as needed, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments

• Monitor residents’ conditions and ensure timely interventions and accurate documentation

• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to ensure high standards are maintained

• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to promote ongoing professional development

• Uphold infection control protocols and facility policies to maintain a safe and clean environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in the state of WV or a compact state

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Committed to maintaining the dignity and well-being of all residents
