About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director of Quality, Compliance, and Data to spearhead its organization-wide quality improvement, compliance, privacy, risk management, accreditation, and data strategy efforts. The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a Master's degree in social work or human behavior sciences, a minimum of 5 years' of direct service experience, and at least 3 years' of supervisory experience. This role is pivotal in guiding the development and implementation of a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) system, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making. The Executive Director will also serve as the organization's Privacy Officer, responsible for setting and enforcing privacy and confidentiality standards in line with HIPAA and other relevant laws. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include developing and managing the CQI system, overseeing the contractual review process, leading the organizational accreditation process, and operationalizing risk management procedures. The role demands a professional with a strong ability to relate to and influence others, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to collaboration and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a background in social ministry, as the company is an extension of the work of the Church. The position offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients, families, staff, and community partners.
