Role Description The Marketing Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Paramount, CA. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Bayview’s demolition, environmental, and industrial service lines, including prospecting, building relationships with key decision-makers, and managing a pipeline of potential clients. The Manager will lead marketing initiatives such as creating and executing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating digital and traditional marketing efforts to support growth targets. Day-to-day activities include market research, competitive analysis, attending industry events, collaborating with operations and leadership teams to align service offerings with client needs, and tracking performance metrics to optimize marketing and business development strategies. The role also involves preparing reports and forecasts, ensuring timely follow-up on leads, and representing Bayview professionally with clients, partners, and community stakeholders. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in marketing strategy, campaign development, and brand positioning. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in construction, environmental services, industrial services, or related sectors is highly beneficial. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and readiness to work on-site in Paramount, CA.
