RN Required – Senior Living Clinical Leadership in a Memory Care Community Experience Strongly Preferred Valid Driver's License Required About the Director of Nursing/Health & Wellness Director As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. You will proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers for the coordination of personalized care, consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor your associates, and build resident and family satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and maintain quality care as residents' needs change. Supervise and provide leadership, coaching, and support to licensed nurses and other direct‑care staff within the community. Coordinate regulatory compliance and quality initiatives, including medication management and assessment requirements. Serve as a leader in the implementation of technology and electronic documentation systems. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Valid driver's license. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation. Ability to obtain and maintain state nursing license.
