Position Type: Full-time, Pay: $85-95k/yr Full-time schedule with consistent hours Paperless, cloud-based payroll with direct deposit and employee app access Paid Time Off and paid holidays 401(k) plan with weekly employer contributions Medical, dental, and vision coverage Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability Career development and advancement opportunities in commercial construction Why You’ll Love It Here 4th-generation family-owned business with a long history in commercial site development Collaborative estimating team working closely with project management and leadership A culture built on accountability, communication, and high-quality workmanship Steady pipeline of commercial projects across the region Opportunity to play a key role in driving project success from preconstruction through execution Your New Role Prepare and submit competitive bids for commercial site development projects Perform earthwork and quantity takeoffs using AGTEK, Bluebeam, or similar software Read and interpret blueprints and project documents for accurate estimating Manage and maintain plan logs and bid documentation Solicit, organize, and track pricing from vendors and subcontractors Coordinate with project management to perform job cost analysis and improve accuracy Prepare and manage RFIs and support preconstruction communication Utilize scheduling tools to plan and track project timelines Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Prioritize multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Requirements 3+ years of estimating experience in construction, preferably in site excavation Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred Proficiency with AGTEK, Estimating Link, Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Strong understanding of site excavation means and methods Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Nick Falcone & Sons, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
