Assistant Project Manager

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Team on a $60 Million Podium build in Simi Valley. Client Details This company is a small-sized organization specializing in multifamily construction projects within the property industry. They are committed to delivering high-quality results and fostering a professional environment focused on excellence and teamwork. Description Support the Project Manager in the overall delivery of a $60M multifamily podium project. Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Track project schedules, budgets, and cost reports. Coordinate with ownership, consultants, architects, and field teams. Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes. Help ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved. Support project closeout and turnover activities. Profile Experience on multifamily, mixed-use, podium, wrap, or large commercial projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction documents and project administration processes. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
