Hwy 55 is seeking strong leaders who can guide a team, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is for individuals who lead by example and take ownership of both people and performance. Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members during shifts.
- Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy across all operations.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- Support scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards for quality, service, and accountability.
