About the Role
The Company is in search of an Area Vice President of Business Development with a strong background in the Long-Term Care (LTC) industry. The successful candidate will be a bold and strategic sales leader, responsible for driving contract therapy sales and ensuring profitable growth in the Senior Care sector. This high-visibility role demands a proven track record in the LTC market, with a focus on targeting and securing partnerships with skilled nursing and CCRC communities. The role requires a self-starter with a hunter mindset, adept at creative prospecting, and capable of managing a national territory with discipline and autonomy. The AVP will be expected to master market dynamics, utilize a CRM platform for pipeline management, and build a strong network of industry connections to enhance the client base. Applicants for the Area Vice President of Business Development position at the company should have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the LTC sector, with a preference for those holding a BA/BS in business or a related field. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and exceptional communication abilities that convey a confident executive presence.
