Morreale, Brady & Malone, P.C. is a law firm focused primarily on residential real estate transactions and employee relocation services. We work with individuals, relocation management companies, brokers and corporate clients to deliver efficient, accurate, and timely legal services for home purchases and sales. Our team is dedicated to providing a seamless client experience in every transaction.

An immediate opening has become available for a highly organized and detail-driven Real Estate Attorney to join our team. In this role, you’ll be involved in real estate transactions across the country and locally, with duties to include contract review, negotiation, and closings. Experience with employee relocation transactions is a plus. This individual should be a self-starter and excel in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional legal review and writing skills are required as well as excellent computer skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Review and negotiate real estate contracts, leases and agreements across the country

· Provide legal counsel on property acquisitions, sales and development projects

· Review associated documents to ensure compliance with applicable state laws

· Communicate with clients, real estate agents, relocation companies, and other stakeholders

· Handle high volume relocation transactions in accordance with employer relocation policies and requirements

· Work with the Client and property owner in clearing title issues

Develop individual client base

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Illinois law license
• Experience in real estate transactions
• Ability to make prompt, sound, decisions based upon analysis of complex issues
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to embrace change and successfully implement new approaches and ideas
• Ability to foster teamwork toward a common objective
• Demonstrated ability to work with a minimum of supervision
