OFFICE MANAGER

 

Looking for a Clinic Manager for an Urgent Care facility in rural Oklahoma City.

Directly responsible for the daily operations and staff supervision of the practice with 5 to 8 providers. Ensures professional and technical operation of clinical units with moderate to high complexity and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day -to-day basis. Responsible for independent management of the business units in accordance with Clinic Initiatives: Physician Satisfaction, Co-Worker Satisfaction, Patient Satisfaction, Quality, and Business Performance. Reports directly to Clinic Partners. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and service standards.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2-5 years working in healthcare environment

· Must have clinical and management experience

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensures operational excellence and delivery of quality care

· Responsible for overseeing and managing clinic operations

· Responsible for assessing staffing levels and initiating cross-training in all areas

· Human Resource Responsibilities - Working with a staffing company for hiring and orientation of staff. Developing and monitoring staff and performing annual evaluations

· Participate in and establish consistent performance improvement activities and plans within the facility

· Ability to prioritize patient needs, realizing that primary customer needs take precedence over individual needs

· Displays a caring and responsive attitude and conducts all activities respecting patient, family, and employee rights and expectations

· Fosters a positive and professional clinic environment by interacting with all persons in a considerate, helpful, and courteous manner and by participating as a team member

· Diffuses/resolves conflict by appropriate communication with those involved

· Accepts constructive criticism and gives suggestions in a professional manner

· Anticipates customer needs and responds accordingly

· May require schedule flexibility as needed
