Job Location: AO-Split - Gilbert, AZ 85234 Salary Range: $20.00 Responsibilities: Cooks or directly supervises the cooking of items that require skillful preparation Evaluates food products to ensure that quality standards are consistently attained Follows the weekly posted menus Interacts with the Culinary Experience Director to ensure that food preparation consistently exceeds the expectations of residents and family members Adheres to standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation, which help to ensure consistently high quality and to minimize food costs Consults with the Culinary Experience Director as it relates to food production and special events being planned Adheres to the planned and posted cleaning and maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment Communicates and connects with residents to learn their dining tastes and preferences and ensure the residents are satisfied Other duties as assigned Other Requirements: ServSafe Food Handler’s Certificate (current) Background Check Drug Screening What is in it for you?
