Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (required)
• Experience with elementary students (K-6)
• Montessori setting experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a resource room caseload of 17 students
• Flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students in grades K-6 (resource room)
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general educators, specialists, and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
