What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a 28-bed Level III NICU setting
• Participate in 24/7 in-house NNP coverage and manage a daily NICU census of approximately 19 patients
• Support approximately 2,700 deliveries annually, attending high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Perform neonatal procedures based on your clinical competency and experience
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Conduct daily neonatal rounds, manage patient progress, and deliver acute NICU care for critically ill neonates
• Contribute to a team-oriented, evidence-based practice focused on safety and quality

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with neonatal or pediatric experience
• Ability to manage neonatal patients with clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making

Preferred:

• Neonatal certification, prior NICU experience, or relevant advanced practice training
