Bilingual HR Administrator / Sourcer

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented HR Administrator / Sourcer to support our human resources operations and talent acquisition efforts. This hybrid role will assist in daily HR functions including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, employee records management, and general HR administration for various clients. We partner with clients to create HR practices that help streamline hiring, ensure compliance standards, and build positive employee relations. Our team is dedicated to creating inclusive workplaces, solving complex HR challenges, and supporting our client’s business growth with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Sourcing (50%) Assist with posting job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with client hiring managers and candidates. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all data is up-to-date. Perform reference and background checks. Draft offer letters and support the onboarding process. HR Administration (50%) Maintain and update employee records, files, and HRIS databases for clients. Assist in preparing HR documents (employment contracts, new hire packets, etc.). Coordinate onboarding logistics including I-9 verification, policy acknowledgments, and benefits enrollment. Support HR team with employee engagement initiatives, compliance tracking, updating spreadsheets, and creating reports. Assist with scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: AA degree or higher in Human Resources or relevant degree 2-5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative/operations support 2-5 years experience in California and Federal labor laws Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information Highly organized with excellent time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Ability to work independently and in a remote work environment Required Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced and/or startup business environment.
