This fully remote opportunity is perfect for a self-starter with a strong background in estimating, procurement, and vendor compliance who enjoys working cross-functionally with project teams and suppliers.

Wage: $70,000 – $77,000/yr. Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Additional Details: Rotating on-call schedule required; travel may be required (including potential hurricane response support)

• Oversee nationwide warranty work orders and validate vendor invoices

Requirements of the construction procurement specialist:

• 5+ years of construction purchasing experience
• Background in estimating, procurement, or restoration projects
• Knowledge of remodeling, reconstruction, or insurance-related builds
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction platforms like Procore
