Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting near Bastrop, TX. This rewarding contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, focused primarily on assessment and report writing with select opportunities for direct therapy services.

You’ll collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ communication needs while contributing to a nurturing and inclusive environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license for the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; clinical fellows may be considered
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
• Experience conducting comprehensive evaluations and report writing, preferably in a school setting
• Ability to provide targeted direct therapy as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer speech and language assessments for students and document findings
• Develop insightful and timely evaluation reports
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to a limited caseload as appropriate
• Participate in student support meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and state guidelines
