Executive Assistant Job Location: Williamsburg, VA 23185 Position Type: Full Time Shift: Day About the Position The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing principal secretarial support in the front office of Navy Medical Readiness Logistic Command and/or other key staff areas in support of the Command’s mission. Duties / Responsibilities Provides executive level administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities that may include budgeting, personnel records and payroll. Works independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials. Qualifications / Required Skills Effective communication and phone etiquette. Reasoning and active listening skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Well organized. Demonstrated attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a current valid driver’s license. Education High School Diploma or GED.
