Location US-MA-TEWKSBURY-TB1 50 Apple Hill Dr ASSABET BLDG Position Antenna and Microwave Engineer (Onsite) What You Will Do Design RF microwave components and phased array applications Integrate and test component level and system level phased array hardware Travel to integration sites, customer and subcontractor facilities as required Responsibilities Responsibilities include design and hands‑on testing of microwave components, cards and systems plus providing technical support to production activities. Team leadership skills including cost and schedule management plus proposal writing and presentation experience are desired. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two years of prior relevant experience to include any combination of the following: Microwave/RF system, subsystem and component analysis, design and test Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition and analytical tools such as Matlab Qualifications We Prefer Background designing and testing analog CCAs, including frequency conversion, automatic gain control, amplifier design and analog filter design Understanding of allocating and flowing down requirements from the system to the component level Knowledge of cost estimating, plus budget and schedule management Strong academic background that includes courses in Microwave Engineering, Microwave Systems, Electromagnetic Theory and Radar Systems Strong hands on experience with microwave testing techniques, including using spectrum analyzers, real‑time spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers and performance network analyzers Benefits Relocation support based on candidate eligibility Security Clearance This position requires a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
