As a Data Entry Clerk, your responsibilities would include:Creating electronic records for new files and records in accordance with USCIS regulations and deadlinesConsolidating filesCreating files, physically and electronicallyRejacketing filesPerforming data inquiries and searches on government agency systemsGenerating ad hoc reports, as neededScanning large multi-page documentsPreparing post-adjudicated files for retirementOther duties as assignedQualifications & Physical RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under the Department of Homeland Security from the United States Citizenship and Immigration ServicesAbility to type 30 WPMAbility to read and understand proficiently in EnglishAbility to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environmentAbility to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reachingAt Sciolex Corporation, our top priorities and most valuable resources are our employees, which is why we offer a competitive total compensation package.
