Leasing Consultant

Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with expertise in finding and screening tenants. Responsibilities Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities and turning prospects into residents. Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently. Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies. Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Energetic, outgoing personality and excellent people skills. Exceptional leasing, sales, and marketing skills. Student housing experience a plus. Familiarity with the rental application process and lease signings. Proficiency with computers, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
