Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Applicable licensure and/or certification for Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC or CFY), Occupational Therapists, or Physical Therapists in the state of Michigan.
• Experience working in school settings preferred, though passionate, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and educational staff.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language, occupational, or physical therapy services to students based on individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments, develop appropriate intervention strategies, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate optimal student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input regarding students’ development and goals.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Advocate for student needs by providing recommendations and in-class support as appropriate.
