What you’ll do: Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and client objectives. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and clients to develop compelling visual solutions across a variety of platforms. Oversee all aspects of the design process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output that meets deadlines. Present creative concepts to clients, articulating the vision and value behind the ideas. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and art directors. Stay current with design trends, advertising innovations, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads and maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines. What You’ll Need aka the Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an art director or senior design role within an advertising agency or similar environment. Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. A portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative campaigns, showcasing your ability to conceptualize and execute ideas across various media. Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with a proven ability to inspire and guide creative teams. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas to clients and stakeholders. Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring all work aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
