Senior Principal Scientist (Senior Director), Clinical Research, Breast Cancer

Senior Principal Scientist leading clinical research strategy and execution for breast cancer oncology medicines across all development phases. Responsible for study design, trial management, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to advance investigational and marketed compounds.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate translational research and develop early clinical development plans and IND applications
- Design and oversee conduct of clinical trials for investigational and marketed oncology drugs
- Analyze clinical study findings and prepare reports supporting regulatory submissions and publications
- Supervise clinical scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams on development projects
- Maintain scientific expertise through professional engagement and identification of key clinical investigators
Requirements
- M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree
- Minimum 3 years clinical medicine experience
- Minimum 3 years industry drug development or academic biomedical research
- Demonstrated scientific scholarship and publication record
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork skills
- Board certification or eligibility in oncology and/or hematology preferred
- Prior clinical research experience and publications preferred
