About Us: Our client located in the city of Santa Ana is a growing leader in the food manufacturing industry, dedicated to producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment. We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor food manufacturing machinery according to safety and quality standards
Set up machines before production and perform routine equipment checks
Monitor the production line for issues and make adjustments as necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area in accordance with GMPs and safety standards
Accurately complete production logs and quality checks
Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor
Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in food manufacturing or a similar industry
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and mechanical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices
Forklift certification a plus
