Job SummaryThe Continuing Education Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating clinical workshops for clinical staff. The Continuing Education Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical services to children, adolescents, and/or adults, as assigned. The Continuing Education Clinical Coordinator is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, and Quality and Compliance responsibilities.Essential Responsibilities and MetricsContinuing Education Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities:Coordinate regular continuing education events. Research/Identify, communicate with and schedule qualified speakers. Promote events. Host events including moderation and IT supportMaintain records including those necessary for audits, quality assurance, maintenance of state mandates, timely payment of presentersDeliver CEU materials to staff and ensure recordings, slideshows and other materials are accessible to staffClinical Responsibilities:Provides high quality services of therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and client centered consultation to clients and their familiesMaintains direct service hours per month of 53%Keeps detailed, confidential records of client sessions, progress, assessments, and treatment plansCreates IMCANS (IATP) Assessment (Completes IATP within 30 days of initial meeting with client, modifies and reviews as needed, updates and records IATP in SmartCare as needed and ensures updates are completed prior to six months due date)All Progress Notes will be entered into the medical record as soon as possible but in no more than three business days of the date of serviceKeeps EMR calendar, and any other primary sources, up to dateCoordinates care with other clinical staff, both internal and external providersAttends and participates at clinical presentations, and all required meetingsIs responsive to all outreach and coordination regarding client fees/paymentsParticipates in Accreditation and Certification processes, Committee Work, Strategic Planning, and Community Related Services as appropriateClinically related graduate degree LCP/LCPC or LSW/LCSWTwo years’ clinical experienceThree professional references that reflect ability to perform clinical workIn good standing with agency’s policies and proceduresNo record of disciplinary actionStrong communication skills and a team player #J-18808-Ljbffr Josselyn
