Job Description Job Description Overview: ?The Human Resources Coordinator will support the human resources function and overall business by doing special projects and assisting with general administration regarding benefits, training and development, legal compliance, and other human resource-related topics. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the function and independent HR projects as assigned Ensure the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services First line of support for employee requests and questions Manage the coordination of onboarding and new hire orientation Generate reports, including headcount and long service, and understand the impact of what you are reporting to ensure data accuracy Maintain HR records and performance management systems in real-time and with accuracy Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Prior internship experience in human resources or business preferred Ability to create and manage detailed excel worksheets Ability to work on multiple projects Creative problem solver Self-motivated with a bias for action Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must have exceptional oral, written, and interactive communication skills Skilled in effective research tactics and time management Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality Ability to project a positive and professional image to internal and external customer Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Simsbury, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
