Temp HR Coordinator (HRIS Admin)

Job Description: EBAD is looking to hire a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to join the team in Simsbury, CT. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Be first line of support for all employees and triage inquiries as necessary in a timely manner Assist with day-to-day coordination of HR processes, programs, and initiatives Own the pre-hire and onboarding process including new hire preparation, day one orientation and onboarding Maintain accurate and timely entry of employee data within HR systems including Workday and IFS Become Workday and IFS lead for the EBAD Simsbury HR Team; partner with Workday and IFS stakeholders to increase efficiency of HR processes Coordinate coin recognition, service anniversary and tuition reimbursement programs Maintain the HR staffing dashboard and various Workday and Excel reports as needed for the HR Team Requirements Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry of critical employee information Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality Prior experience in human resources or business preferred Ability to demonstrate a positive and professional presence to internal and external customers Ability to work on multiple projects and collaborate with various stakeholders Demonstrates the initiative to provide possible solutions when faced with challenges Ability to pick up new HR systems quickly; experience using Workday and/or IFS is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
