Incumbents usually handle complex accounts and sensitive client relationships. Ability to source, structure and present business lending opportunities.* Support senior bankers with new business generation and relationship management efforts* Build a collaborative internal relationship with key partners.* Provide specific assistance to assigned internal partners* Utilizes sales tracking database to manage call/relationship management activities.* Practice sounds risk management protocols and adhere to internal and regulatory requirements.**What You Bring:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
