What you'll do:
- Review billing invoices, prepare ACH information and post all cash receipts
- Process outgoing wires and submit correct documents
- Reconcile accounts between the general and subsidiary ledger
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 0-5 years of experience in accounting
- Working knowledge of Excel, Sage, and Access database preferred
