CNC Operator Swiss, 1st Shift

Branch Medical Group, a Globus Medical subsidiary, seeks a CNC Set Up Machine Operator for first shift manufacturing of spinal and orthopedic implants and instrumentation cases. The role involves operating CNC Swiss machines to produce dimensionally accurate parts while maintaining quality control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Measure, inspect, and load/unload parts from assigned CNC Swiss machines
• Implement dimensional adjustments and offsets; edit programs for part size variations
• Conduct basic machine changeovers and break down/store job-specific tooling
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately
• Inspect products per drawings, work instructions, and process specifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to perform visual inspection using microscope on small parts
• Intermediate math skills in geometric and trigonometric formulas preferred
• Self-motivated, well-organized, capable of multitasking with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
