Business Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of internal business processes for ACUHO-I. Execute against an established marketing plan and track marketing analytics to optimize campaigns. Serve as the primary liaison between ACUHO-I and its outsourced marketing and communications partner. Contribute to organizational efficiency and advancing marketing and brand awareness for the association. Work both independently and on cross-functional project teams applying industry knowledge and technical capabilities. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/communications/marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience. Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills with focus on customer service. Proficiency in full Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Canva; WordPress; video editing software (Adobe Premier Pro or other). Experience in publishing and updating website content via a content management system (CMS). Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing management tools. Demonstrated experience working with a variety of stakeholders to execute complex projects. Must be an enthusiastic self-starter and be able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
