Are you a natural communicator with a knack for connecting with people? LVNV Auto Insurance is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Bilingual Insurance Telemarketer to join our growing team right here in vibrant Las Vegas, Nevada! We believe in making insurance accessible and understandable for everyone in our community. As a key member of our outreach team, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, using your fluency in both English and Spanish to build trust and introduce them to the great auto insurance solutions we offer. This isn't just about making calls; it's about opening doors, providing clear information, and helping people find the right coverage to protect what matters most. Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers via phone to discuss their auto insurance needs.
Clearly explain insurance policy options, benefits, and pricing in both English and Spanish.
Answer customer questions accurately and professionally.
Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for insurance agents.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Contribute to a friendly and supportive team environment.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Previous telemarketing or customer service experience.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to connect with people over the phone and build rapport.
Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers.
Basic computer proficiency.
