Business Process Automation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Business Process Automation Specialist to design, configure, and optimize workflow automation solutions across various business functions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with workflow automation platforms, integrations, routing logic, and process configurations. Knowledge of AI‑powered workflow creation will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Design and implement automated business workflows for HR, finance, procurement, operations, and other departments. Configure routing logic, approval hierarchies, conditional workflows, notifications, and SLA rules. Build and manage integrations with third‑party applications, APIs, CRMs, ERPs, and productivity tools. Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather workflow requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions. Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize system performance. Maintain workflow documentation, process maps, and automation best practices. Support end users with workflow enhancements and automation‑related queries. Assist in implementing AI‑driven workflow automation solutions where applicable. Required Skills Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts and business process management. Experience with integrations, APIs, webhooks, and automation tools. Knowledge of routing logic, form configurations, role‑based access, and approval workflows. Ability to understand and optimize complex business processes. Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with no‑code/low‑code automation platforms. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in platforms such as Kissflow, Cflow, Pipefy, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation tools. Bonus Skills AI workflow creation and intelligent automation knowledge. Experience with chatbot workflows or AI‑assisted process automation. Understanding of BPM and digital transformation strategies. Experience 2 to 5+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process management, or related roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thomas Andrew
