Job Overview At Wisk, we are transforming the future of urban mobility through safe, all‑electric, autonomous flight. This hybrid position is based in our Mountain View headquarters and reports directly to the CEO. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Partnership Align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational design and workforce planning. Act as a coach and mentor across all levels of the organization. Culture & Engagement Champion Wisk’s culture, weave values into daily practices, and measure employee engagement, well‑being, and safety. Develop initiatives that make Wisk a great place to work. Total Rewards Design competitive compensation structures, benefits packages, and fringe programs. Apply a pay‑for‑performance philosophy and maintain executive compensation oversight. Talent Acquisition Lead recruiting for full‑time, contingent, and internship talent. Partner with Marketing to promote Wisk’s brand and attract top‑tier, diverse talent. Performance Management Oversee goal setting, annual reviews, mid‑year check‑ins, and continuous feedback processes. HR Operations & Systems Manage the full employee lifecycle, orientation, immigration, intern programs, and related documentation. Maintain HR technology stacks—including Workday—and design continuous improvements. Learning & Development Provide LMS support for development and compliance courses. Offer leadership coaching and professional development resources. Policies, Compliance & Risk Develop and implement people policies and scalable processes. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and manage employee relations fairly. Employee Relations Support HR Business Partners with employee relations issues and provide objective guidance. Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or SHRM‑SCP/SPHR certification is a plus). Global HR experience is a strong bonus. Data‑driven mindset: use people analytics to identify trends and measure engagement. Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. Experience as an executive HR partner and adept communication with stakeholders including the parent company (Boeing). Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs). Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $306,000 – $383,000 per year (varies by location and experience).
