Neonatal Perinatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Practice at the top of your license while having work/life balance! Lone Star Neonatology is seeking board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our busy practice covering seven Medical City facilities in the DFW area. The practice prides itself in delivering quality excellence, strong clinical skills, and work-life balance. The NICUs range from Level II-IV, majority being Level III facilities and have a continuous MFM referral base. Our collaborative team consists of skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Neonatologists covering several Medical City NICUs in the Dallas Metroplex. You would join a collegial team of NICU specialists who are dedicated to achieving the best patient outcomes by implementing and practicing evidence-based medicine.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Schedule is a rotation of: 24-hour inhouse coverage (majority) with physician on call
• 9-hour coverage at facilities with 24-hour inhouse physician coverage
• Proficiency in procedures: PICC line, intubations, etc. preferred
• NNPs are able to practice at the top of their license

• 33 medical/surgical rooms, including 14 antepartum rooms
