Ideal Candidate Qualifications Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in Business Administration or Public Administration preferred. 3 years of experience performing complex financial or budgetary work. Highly adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of statistical analysis and theory. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to learn and apply increasingly complex concepts, policies, and procedures. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
