Pittsburgh (McMurray) area company is in need of an experienced candidate to fill the role of Administrative Assistant to their corporate H.R. team.

Duties to include:

• Provides support for recruiting and onboarding/offboarding activities to include travel accommodations, scheduling orientation, new hire meetings and internal trainings
• Provides advanced support that includes a variety of administrative duties to HR and other operational areas
• Scheduling and planning of on and off-site events
• Coordinates meetings and conference rooms
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ordering lunches and any other requests
• Sorts and distributes incoming mail and other correspondence
• Prepares reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings
• Prepare conference and training rooms to include restocking needed supplies
• Prepares and ships materials for training events.Meet and greet all visitors who report to the H.R. Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 2+ years of like H.R. administrative support
• Proficient MSOffice skills and ability to learn new software as
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of management and
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis interpretation and reasoning)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information in strict professional manner
