Senior Electrical Technician

The Role As our Sr. Electrical Technician, you will help build and implement the core technologies that power our products. This is a highly hands-on role where you will work directly on battery systems and power electronics, helping construct field-ready demonstrations and commercial products . What You'll Do Fabricate, assemble, and test custom PCBs, wiring harnesses, battery systems, and power distribution assemblies Analyze performance data and drive continuous design improvements Work closely with mechanical engineers, technicians, and leadership to bring products from concept to deployment Support customer demonstrations, pilot projects, and early product development efforts What You Bring Associate’s/Bachelor's in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of relevant experience fabricating, assembling, and testing physical hardware (BESS, EVs, transformers, inverters, etc) Comfortable working with high-voltage and high-amperage systems Why Join Us?
