• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects through phone, email, virtual meetings, and other engagement channels.
• Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and generate new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and markets.
• Partner closely with Account Managers, Field Sales, and Keysight technical teams to support customer engagements and drive business growth.
• Learn and effectively communicate Keysight’s products, solutions, and value propositions to customers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow up on leads to develop a healthy sales pipeline.
• Support quotations, opportunity management, customer follow-up, and other activities throughout the sales cycle.
• Research target customers, industries, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in Keysight’s sales systems and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, training, and other sales activities to develop technical and commercial skills.
• Build strong internal relationships and collaborate across sales, applications engineering, marketing, and other functions to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Keysight’s solutions, sales methodologies, and target markets, with the goal of progressing into future Account Manager responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
• Master’s degree is a plus and may be considered in lieu of significant industry experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, or other customer-facing or technical experience.
• Strong interest in technology, sales, and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to develop a career in technical sales, with potential progression into an Account Manager role.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; most offers will be between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range listed below.

CA pay range MIN $ 169,010  MID $225,340  MAX $281,680
