Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll work in structured classrooms designed for students ages 5–22 with a diverse range of abilities and needs—from foundational learning and behavior regulation with younger students to job readiness and independent living skills with older students. Whether you prefer early childhood, elementary, or transition-aged students preparing for adulthood, you can find the right fit here.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid special education teaching certification; certification for Moderate/Severe highly sought after (especially for high school roles)
• Prior experience working with students with disabilities such as autism, emotional/behavioral challenges, or developmental/learning disabilities
• Understanding of structured teaching strategies and individualized instruction
• Strong classroom management and a passion for supporting diverse learners
• Ability to collaborate with paraprofessionals and related service staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction in academics, social skills, emotional regulation, or job/life skills depending on classroom assignment
• Maintain a highly-supportive and structured classroom environment
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Guide students in classroom routines and peer relationships
• Support students’ progress toward greater independence at each stage

Additional Details:

• Convenient full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, 7:45am–3:15pm
• Multiple campus locations available
• Immediate interview availability between 9am and 4pm
• Contract covering school year through 2026-27
