Key Responsibilities\n

• You will engage directly with clients both in virtual settings and through occasional community outreach, where you will conduct evidence-based assessments and facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges.

• Participate actively in collaborative treatment planning, creating and implementing individualized care plans that link clients to essential services, while ensuring their needs are met through ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
