Remote position, full-time (US Eastern time zone)

Basic Function

The Sales & Marketing Assistant provides operational, administrative, and coordination support across both sales and marketing teams. This role ensures smooth execution of campaigns, events, communications, and community-related activities. The assistant works closely with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external partners to maintain alignment and meet deadlines.

Scope & Requirements

The ideal candidate must:

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interact effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, customers, internal teams, and company associates.
• Have working knowledge of Windows OS and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard office equipment.
• Manage tight deadlines, adapt quickly to changes, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Coordinate with NHS teams on e-blasts, events, and BombBomb schedules.
• Add marketing creative requests to the marketing calendar in Mondays.com.
• Assist with gathering social media content for Corporate Marketing.
• Support billboard requests, updates, and approvals.
• Manage and update community site maps.
• Assist with planning and coordinating events such as grand openings, luncheons, and special functions.
• Support ordering and maintenance of community signage.
• Assist with planning for print, direct mail, email, and broadcast advertising.
• Interface with marketing vendors as needed.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Sales Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the VP of Sales and Sales Manager.
• Assist sales teams with new community openings.
• Order signage for new and existing communities (marketing & construction signage).
• Assist sales in identifying offsite signage and billboard locations.
• Order marketing swag (limited to Corporate-approved items).
• Request and track monthly marketing plans from each NHS.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
