IT Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst – Frontline IT, Traffic Solutions team (Greensboro, NC). Hybrid work model; reports to IT Manager. Key Responsibilities Rapidly assimilate assigned business area products and processes. Gather requirements, produce functional designs, conduct testing, and collaborate with business processes. Link IT impact to redesigned business processes. Provide independent support for user requests using standard tools. Collaborate with other PPG analysts to understand IT solution deployments across areas. Develop effective working relationships across diverse functional, technical, and business partners. Apply strong problem‑solving skills. Maintain strong business relationships with technical teams within assigned area. Support software delivery: product manager interactions, specifications and user story development. Assist with test plan development and change management activities. Lead and deliver small independent projects. Apply SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile). Document enhancements for ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Support manufacturing execution systems (MES). Qualifications Four‑year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of IT or related discipline experience. Prior experience supporting/implementing SAP in a manufacturing organization (required). Experience supporting manufacturing systems and integrations (preferred). Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Excellent oral and written communication, including technical writing. Strong systems and process orientation. Track record of participation on IT project teams. Comfortable working remotely using virtual collaboration tools. Highly motivated and committed to delivering high‑quality work in a dynamic environment. Desire to mentor junior team members.
