Workday HCM Analyst

Workday Hcm Analyst
We are seeking a Workday Hcm Analyst to support the HR Team. In this role, you will collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and execute solutions for payroll-related inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Hcm in an analyst or lead role
• Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
Experience with additional Hcm modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time)
Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
Prior Workday certification
Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
