• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent practice in surgical settings, EPIC charting experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized adult surgical patients
• Assist with wounds, vessel cauterization, suturing, and closing incisions
• Position patients and apply direct pressure as needed during procedures
• Aid in suctioning, drainage, irrigation, and hemostasis
• Immobilize patients on the operating table
• Support medical-surgical floor care including rounding, managing orders, and discharges
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams across General Surgery, OB/GYN, and Orthopedics
• Ensure safety, comfort, and quality in all patient interactions

What You Need:

• NY State Nurse Practitioner license
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, ATLS
• Minimum of 2 years recent surgical practice
• Excellent communication skills and team-minded attitude

Preferred:

• Epic electronic medical record experience
• Experience with diverse surgical procedures
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
